All requests for check-in and check-out outside scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Guests are requested to inform the property at least 1 hour prior to their expected arrival time. Cots and high chairs are available upon request. If you require a cot or high chair, you must notify the property before your arrival. In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety. Please note that all guests, including children, need to provide a valid passport at check-in. Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight at the property. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests (including from smoking outside designated areas) will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.
